The Nokia X3 is now available in a new color variant. The original red on X3 Black Edition was released in mid-December as SIM Free phone, followed by launches on T-Mobile and Orange to the end of January. But this elegant slider phone music has had a facelift.

The Nokia X3 Blue is the color variant of the second series and the external trade of housing colors red and black for a medal elegant silver with blue accents, the main features remain unchanged as the overall design of the phone.

The new X-Series Nokia music phone was originally released as a SIM free handset, this means that the user can insert their own SIM card either on the pay as you go plan or the contract and retain their mobile number and any contact they have saved their SIM card.

Competitors of the X3 Nokia are pretty slim on the ground, the dedicated music phones are rare, but LG just to release a phone with built in stereo budget, speakers called the bass while GM205 LG Samsung Beat DJ their phone that includes notebooks only interact with your music like a DJ.

Sony Ericsson Walkman range is probably the closest competitor X-range of Nokia, Sony Ericsson W995 is still the highest specification available device while the new Walkman Sony Ericsson Aino is a new multimedia phone along with a good music player and large screen for watching videos.

When it comes to manufacturers own the Nokia models X6 is an obvious suitor, but while a little more expensive the new Nokia 5230 is a mid-range touch-screen music phone the previous XpressMusic range that might appeal.
