Evaluate the behavior can be a tricky business, because it is sometimes difficult to know which parts of a child or youth's behavior must be tracked and monitored. The behavior is often a response to something happening in the environment. Sometimes it is in response to something happening internal and emotional development of children and sometimes it is both. These choices mean that it is sometimes more useful to examine the situation which has acted as a stimulus and sometimes more important to understand the emotional response that was displayed like a piece of behavior.

Yet another way thinking on the evaluation of behavior is whether it should be on different parts of behavior that disturb other people - because they are disturbing to the other and that worries them or because they are troublesome to others and to thwart them? Or should we on parties that may point to deeper emotional and psychological problems - and if so, how do you know which ones to isolate and pay attention at. In all a set of judgments difficult when you try to track and monitor changes and weight!

On all forms behavioral models. In response to certain environmental situations in a certain pattern of behavior that people are starting to appear recognize as "typical" of the child or adolescent. Like when a teacher with a strong auditory teaching style, where they lecture on his subject, is to work with a child who is very kinesthetic. This style of the teacher acts as a stimulant for the child and the child starts trying to find something to do rather than continue trying to process information through the auditory parts of their brain that is not a force theirs and fatigue. This then establishes a pattern of behavioral responses to the teacher and a predictable pattern of behavior between the two of they are the result. So what kind of system could be used to evaluate this and use to help us make positive changes?

Usually people are looking for assessment tools or procedure to help them understand what is happening and give them a record changes. There are software programs that the school can do so in very general terms and there are tools to assess behaviors that are based on clinical diagnoses that tend to be used by school psychologists or mental health professionals. There is another way that is more development in its approach and helps people understand and change!

This system is called transactional analysis model that gives us a very simple to understand behavior, either as a single person or between two people. The system analyzes literally transactions / people exchanges between them and helps to step back and see the state of me "what they all as they said what they said and did what they did. It a useful system to see what's going on, assess what needs to be different and provide a tool for understanding so that anyone can get involved greater control over what they do and what they might do instead. Otherwise a good book on assistance technique is called TA Today by Ian Stewart and Van Joines. The great strength of TA as an assessment tool is that it becomes a means for everyone to understand what is happening and what knowledge sharing to share the responsibility of persons for the climate and morale in the organization and at school.
